Welcome to the NG Spa Collection website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using and ordering from this site. This information is valid for retail and wholesale users. By using and ordering from ngspacollections.com, you are acknowledging that you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms, please do not use this site.

Returns & Exchanges:    
Due to the fresh nature of our products, we can only accept a return on a product that incurred damages during shipping or in the event a product was shipped incorrectly. Contact carrier to report damage and retain all shipment packaging material for carrier inspection. Email us within 3 business days upon receiving your order and explain the nature of the damage. NG does not accept exchanges on any items. If you purchase any of NG products at a retailer, you must correspond directly with that retailer. NG will not accept returns on any items purchased from a retailer other than ng spa collections.

Variations:
Prepackaged Prepackaged gifts are assembled individually and may vary slightly.

Shipping:
NG Spa Collections packages each item with care to ensure a safe arrival to your location. In some cases packages can be damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged –you agree to retain all packaging material for carrier inspection. NG will work with you to resolve the issue. NG Spa Collections reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier for your package. Most orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt. If you choose expedited shipping – the two days processing still applies.

Order Acceptance, Backorders & Pricing: 
Occasional items can be out of stock. We do not backorder. You will be credited that portion of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order placed for any reason or for no reason at all. Prices and availability of products can be changed at anytime without notice.

Payment:
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through this website. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment. If payment is declined, you ordered will not be fulfilled.

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, we sell in the continental US – excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Our headquarters in located in California. We will automatically charge sales tax for California retail orders.

NG Spa Collections bath and body products are created to enhance the way you look and feel. At no time is the information, ingredients or products provided on our website meant to diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition. We encourage you to seek medical advice if you have any concerns about your health. Product safety: No tasting. For external use only. Discontinue if rash occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Some products may cause shower or bath floor to be slippery. Use with caution. Products should be used within 1 year of purchase when handled properly. Keep lids sealed and closed tightly. Store in a cool environment.

Changes to Policies:
NG Spa Collections reserves the right, for any reason, at any time to modify, update, terminate or change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this site. Including, but not limited to content, availability, price, hours of operation and / or policies. We reserve the right to suspend your account and use of this site at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.

NG Spa Collections is concerned about your privacy and the comfort and safety of using our site. We are committed to providing you a secure environment for all your transactions. During the transmission of your personal information, we use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information.  This will ensure complete privacy of your personal information. If visitors choose to provide e-mail addresses to receive updates on products or special promotions, you can be assured it is stored in a secure database and not sold or shared with any source.
