Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to live in a lighthearted, yet conscious mindset where less is more. We have created a uniquely playful collection of result oriented, concentrated formulas and multi-sensory stimulating skin care products by offering a fusion of nourishing ingredients, while commanding a smile.

Our Part to the Planet
Ingredients: We have formulated our products with a high quantity of natural and organic ingredients. Our cruelty-free products are handcrafted without the use of parabens, mineral oils, paraffins, FD&C colors, talc and harsh detergents.
Packaging: Our packaging can be recycled and/or reused. Our labels are printed on EarthFirst PLA, which is biopolymer made from Corn (rather than petrochemicals). To reuse, simply rinse jar or bottle with warm, soapy water. Our jars make great paperclip, gadget or jewelry holders.
Paperless: We have chosen to use less paper. Retail orders will no longer receive a paper receipt. Please retain your email confirmation receipt for your reference.
Giving Back: We think it is important to give back to a world that has given so much. We proudly sponsor several organizations that focus on animals, the environment and people helping people.

Ordering
Products may be purchased through our online store using our secure shopping cart. Phone orders are not available at this time.

Order Processing
To ensure absolute fresh, high quality products we hand-pour, hand-mix and hand-wrap most of our products in small batches or at the time an order is placed. Please allow 4 to 5 business days to process retail orders and 5-10 business days to process wholesale orders. Note: Processing times may vary throughout the year. Please account for shipping transit times while calculating your expectant delivery date.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept COD, money orders and checks.

Sales Tax
All California orders will incur the appropriate sales tax. Wholesale orders will only be charged sales tax for California businesses that do not supply a California Resale Certificate.

Shipping
We offer shipping through UPS and USPS Priority for retail orders and UPS for all wholesale orders. You may expedite your shipping by choosing shipping options listed under UPS. All orders will receive tracking information directly from the carrier.
Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or returned packages. Please contact carrier directly if this occurs.

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the fresh nature of our products, we can only accept a return on a product that incurred damages during shipping or in the event a product was shipped incorrectly. Contact carrier to report damage and retain all shipment packaging material for carrier inspection. Email us within 3 business days upon receiving your order and explain the nature of the damage.
Unauthorized refused, returned, or misrouted orders will not be refunded. Cancellations of any order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on product total.

Handcrafted
To ensure absolute fresh, high quality products we hand-pour, hand-mix and hand-wrap most of our products in small batches or at the time an order is placed. Due to variances that occur between raw ingredients - the color, shape, size and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Meltable Products
Body Butters, Lips Balms, and Scrubs can soften during shipping transit in the hot summer month. Please use caution when ordering during the warm summer months. We cannot be responsible for products that melt during shipping or if left in a hot environment.

Shelf Life
Most of our products have a 1-year shelf life, unless otherwise noted. We pride ourselves with making fresh products and encourage use within a reasonable timeframe for the absolute, therapeutic benefits of the ingredients. To prolong shelf life; store any product in the refrigerator between extended non-use times. Store all products in a cool, dry environment. Avoid contact with direct sunlight and always keep lids closed securely.

Safety Precautions
If you are epileptic, pregnant, have liver damage, cancer, or have any other medical issue, contact your doctor first before ordering or using any products containing essential oils and / or fragrances. Pregnant or nursing mothers should not use our Pink Grapefruit & Neroli line. Scrubs may cause bath or shower floors to be slippery – use with caution. Do not taste any product and keep all out of reach from children. None of the information found on this site is not intended to treat or diagnose.

Ordering Gifts / Gift Certificates
Our products make wonderful gifts. To order a gift, simply add the recipients name in the ship to location. If you would like a complimentary hand scribed gift card added to your order – please fill out your gift note in the comment section.
Gift Certificates: Treat your loved ones to a special gift by allowing them to choose their favorite items from NG Spa Collections. Simply add a gift certificate to your shopping cart, choose the dollar amount and method of delivery.
