Philosophy
Our philosophy is to live in a lighthearted, yet conscious mindset where less is more. We have created a uniquely playful collection of result oriented, concentrated formulas and multi-sensory stimulating skin care products that offer a fusion of nourishing ingredients, while commanding a smile.

Our Story
Founder, Brandy Zender is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Aromatherapist in Santa Barbara, California. She has studied and trained in many modalities such as Thai Massage, Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Ayurvedic Treatments, and Hydrotherapy.

Brandy has struggled most of her life with multiple chemical sensitivities and allergies. Through her determined ability to find the root cause to her on-going aliments, she discovered that her body was overloaded with toxins. Years have been spent conducting extreme cleanses, detoxes and fasts. To cope with her basic skin care needs, Brandy created simple ointments from pure, natural raw ingredients that were not only effective, but cosmetically pleasing. With persistence, her body came back into balance and her symptoms subsided. Over time, she understood that she would need to maintain a clean body to keep her symptoms at bay.

During this process, Brandy discovered her efforts were extreme and they lacked a lighthearted, playful approach to living. She questioned if one needed to live in such a ridged lifestyle to keep the body in balance. For some that may be true. In Brandy’s case it was discovered that simply living a life using less, actually allowed her more. By choosing products that offered fewer harsh ingredients, by consuming fresh food of the earth and living in an environment that respected the planet, this allowed her to live in a lighthearted, yet conscious mindset where less is more. So, with a lot of hard work, education, trial and error, NG Spa Collections (aka: Natty Girl®) was born and launched in the fall of 2004.

Our Products
Our cruelty free products are created in small batches to ensure quality and absolute freshness. We list all ingredients on-line, so you know exactly what is in your products. We import natural and organic ingredients from around the world on a weekly basis in order to ensure the freshness of our raw materials. Many products have a multi-purpose usability and all are FREE from mineral oils, harsh detergents, parabens, talc, FD&C colors and paraffins. Our packaging can be recycled or reused and our labels are printed on EarthFirst PLA, which is a biopolymer made from corn.
